Enhancement to the Health Summary

Over the coming weeks we are releasing enhancements to the Health Summary which will result in more functionality and insight at-a-glance.
The first of these enhancements was released today and included:
- Styling changes to the Clinical Health Profile
- Adding hierarchy and title to the section now know as Health History
