Over the past 3 months we've been focused on improving key clinical workflows for clinicians, and increasing app stability and performance. Getting changes into our clinicians' hands quickly was a priority for us this quarter as we worked to unlock more effective clinical workflows.

To that end, we pushed 150 fixes and features in the last 3 months, averaging 2.5 releases per day.

Here are just a few of the new additions since launch back in Apr:

  1. As illustrated above, clinicians can now add more structured diagnosis information to a member's chart. This is part of an ongoing effort to deepen the feature sets available to our clinicians during their interactions with members. We're prioritizing workflows that surface important insights quickly and put customization and control of what info matters into the hands of the clinician. These changes help to reduce clinical errors, and provide individualized care for members.
  2. We invested into our integration partnerships to improve stability in ordering labs. This work ensures that lab order results are returned to Hint Clinical accounts. If lab results fail for any reason, this allows us to notify the labs and partners to reinitiate the results returning into Hint Clinical.
  3. We added the ability to import clinical information in PDF formats. This capability means that customers wishing to switch to Hint's All-In-One platform can bring their clinical data with them to ensure continuity of care for their members.Imported data is stored on HIPAA compliant servers and is available within the Files section for each practice member. This effort is the beginning of our work to make it easy and fast to switch to Hint's All-In-One.

The next quarter will see us continue to focus on new features and bug fixes that drive more effective clinical workflows, customization, and even better app performance.
